Available shipping options and locations are displayed at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping this will be applied at checkout. We also offer free click and collect if it suits you to come and see us at our Clayton, Victoria warehouse (By appointment only).
Click & Collect
We strive to have your order ready within 4 hours of receiving your order if all items ordered are in stock. Once we receive your order we will contact you to let you know the best time to pick up.
Delivery – Melbourne Metro
We do our absolute best to deliver your order between 24 – 72 hours. Provided we have all items you have ordered in stock. There are times we may be waiting for an item from our suppliers, if this is the case and we foresee any delays we will contact you.
Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will do everything in our power to get your order to you in the time frame you need it.
We have split Melbourne Metro into two zones based on distance to our warehouse in order to keep our pricing as competitive as possible.
We have included a table of postcodes most of Melbourne metro is Zone 1, if you fall into this Zone you will receive free delivery for all orders over $150 inc GST and a flat low fee of $16.50 inc GST for all orders under $150 inc GST
Zone 2 are the outer suburbs and parts of regional Victoria, if you fall into this Zone you will receive free delivery for all orders over $500 inc GST and a flat fee of $40 inc GST for all orders under $500 inc GST.
Shipping – VIC Regional & Interstate
Please note when we use our shipping partners we do not ship chemicals or hazardous materials.
As shipping regionally and interstate is a significant cost and we are still a growing business we are yet to shipping to interstate customers and parts of Regional Victoria.
As we grow we will soon be able to offer shipping Australia wide to all customers – watch this space.
